All I Know Is That I Know Nothing

The more I train, the more I realize how little I truly know.
Every day I refine a technique.Every day I notice something I missed before.Every day my understanding changes — even slightly.
That means what I say today might be incomplete tomorrow.
And that’s not a problem.That’s the process.
Knowledge Is Always Evolving
Technique isn’t static.Understanding isn’t final.
What works at one stage changes as timing, awareness, and experience improve. What once felt right gets refined. What once felt certain becomes flexible.
Growth requires humility.
Don’t Just Listen — Observe and Feel
So when I teach, don’t just listen to my words.
Watch the movement.Feel the timing.Pay attention to what happens in your body.
Words are only pointers.Experience is the real teacher.
Refinement Never Ends
Training isn’t about collecting answers. It’s about asking better questions.
Each session:
Reveals a detail
Exposes a gap
Sharpens understanding
That’s why fundamentals never disappear — they deepen.
This Is How Real Learning Happens
Certainty closes the door.Curiosity keeps it open.
When you accept that you don’t know everything, you stay adaptable, relaxed, and open to improvement.
That’s where progress lives.
Final Thought
At Watson Training Fitness, training isn’t about memorizing instructions.
It’s about refining understanding.
What I teach today is a snapshot — not the final version.
So don’t just listen to what I say.Train. Feel. Observe. Refine.
That’s the work.
