Our Mission

At Watson Training Fitness, my mission is to help people build confidence, strength, and real martial arts skill through personalized training.
I focus on practical Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, striking fundamentals, and fitness conditioning in a supportive, safe, and beginner-friendly environment. Every session is designed to help you grow at your own pace — physically and mentally.

My name is James Watson, and I’ve been teaching martial arts in Fergus and the surrounding area since 2010.
I specialize in private and semi-private BJJ, kickboxing, and conditioning for all ages and experience levels. Whether your goal is fitness, self-defense, or building confidence, I provide training that fits your needs, comfort level, and schedule.

Training Options:
I offer flexible training locations — sessions can be held at my home studio, outdoors (weather permitting), or I can travel to you. I have mats available for setup, making training safe and accessible anywhere.
