Private training is designed for students who want real progress fast. Every session is focused on your goals, your pace, and your skill growth—no crowds, no confusion, no wasted time. You’ll learn the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, kickboxing, and self-defense in a controlled and personal environment. We drill technique, develop timing, and build real confidence through consistent, structured sessions. 30-Minute Private Session Perfect for: Beginners Busy schedules Students who want high-intensity, focused reps Fast technical progress without overwhelm. Includes: 1–2 key skills per session Technique drilling Safety + mobility coaching 👉 A great starting point or add-on session. 60-Minute Private Session For students who want full development: Technical instruction Positional work Application with controlled resistance Includes: Skill progressions Strategy & situational training Conditioning & durability work 👉 The best format for long-term improvement.
Cancellation Policy
Payment & Cancellation Policy **Payments:** All payments must be made in full at the time of booking. we take cash or etransfer **Cancellations:** Clients may cancel or reschedule up to **24 hours before** the lesson. Late cancellations or no-shows are **non-refundable**. **Refunds:** All sales are **final**. Packages are non-transferable and expire **6 months** after purchase. **Liability:** By booking, clients agree to train safely and follow instruction. Watson Training Fitness is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper participation. **Privacy:** Personal information is used only for scheduling and communication and will not be shared.
