I know some people will say that’s bad for business. Maybe it is.

I don’t care.

I’m a teacher. Not a manager.Not a babysitter. Not a manager of your life or choices.

I can guide. I can show. I can demonstrate.

But your actions reveal who you are — not my reminders, not my pressure.

Showing up. Putting in effort. Taking responsibility.

That’s where character is built. That’s where progress happens.

No amount of chasing can create it for you.

Training is a mirror.

If you skip classes, you’ll notice it. If you half-ass the drills, it will show. If you avoid the hard work, you’ll feel it.

The mats don’t reward excuses. They reward effort.

Your choices matter more than my reminders.

I’ll provide tools. I’ll provide guidance. I’ll provide feedback.

But I won’t manufacture your discipline. I won’t chase your motivation. I won’t take responsibility for your consistency.

You’re the one in the room. You’re the one putting in the work.You’re the one shaping your own journey.
